Landing Point LLC is a specialized, technology-integrated residential service provider based in Cowlitz County, Washington, launching in July 2026. Our mission is to provide Certified Community Residential Supports (CCRSS) for high-acuity youth who require a stable, trauma-informed, and highly structured living environment. We bridge the critical gap between intensive institutional care and traditional residential placement, offering a 24/7 residential facility designed specifically for youth facing complex behavioral and emotional challenges. Led by Director Christina Eby and Managing Partner Glenn Soderquist, our organization combines deep expertise in healthcare operations with senior-level IT business analysis and project management.
